A tiny puppy was stuck in a riverbed all by herself. Her hero, a woman named Selina, jumped down to save her. The pup was so sick that she cried out in pain. Selina was petrified that she wouldn’t make it, but she vowed to do all she could to keep her alive.

Selina picked her up but needed both hands to climb back out of the riverbed. She placed the lil pup in a shopping bag and hung it around her neck while she carried her to safety. Selina planned to take the puppy, whom she named Jenny, straight to the vet, but he was unavailable. Selina had no other choice but to bring Jenny home.

Once they arrived, Jenny scratched her infected skin with a vengeance. Every time she scratched, she cried. It broke Selina’s heart. The rescuer massaged coconut oil all over the pup’s body, and it worked! It soothed Jenny so she could finally rest. What a miracle!

With continued treatment and lots of TLC, Jenny felt better and was able to run and play only a few days after rescue. Her fur began to grow back. Selina was so relieved that this puppy was going to make it! To see her rescue and dramatic transformation, check out Jenny’s full story below.
