Maya, a beautiful Pit Bull, was abandoned by a callous owner. She was tied up with a heavy chain to a fence. The monster that was supposed to love her for a lifetime walked away after leaving her on a quiet road that people rarely frequent.
Fortunately, a woman named April found Maya. April was in total disbelief that anyone would leave a dog in a secluded spot, especially on such a heavy chain. She wasn’t sure what to do. April decided to wait around in case her owner returned. Maya’s owner never showed up so April called the rescue group, Underdog Heroes. They asked if April could bring Maya home temporarily and she did!
The rescue group ensured Maya when they picked her up that they’d quickly find her a home. Soon after, Claire and Tom happily welcomed Maya to their family. Their mission from the start was to give Maya all the love she’ll ever need. From shopping trips to glamping, the deserving dog learns all about devotion and happiness. Here’s to Maya’s second chance at life!!!
