The Pack is an upcoming reality show on Amazon Prime Video that you never realized you needed until now. It’s like The Amazing Race, only with dogs! In fact, the best part is that every dog-and-human duo is playing to raise money for the organization of their choice.

Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn and her dog Lucy are the hosts of the show. They will follow the journeys of 12 humans and their loyal dogs. The teams will go through a series of challenges around the world together.

The pair with the strongest bond will be crowned the winners. The champions will take home $500,000 and $250,000 will be donated to the organization they’re competing for. So, you get to watch adorable dogs compete to help other animals and humans in need! Let’s meet the 12 human contestants and their furry friends.

#1 – Dixie and Brian Calvert

Dixie the 5-year-old Bluetick Coonhound is a deer-tracking dog and a therapy dog for veterans. Brian says she’s also known as “Dixie the Praying Dog” because he taught her how to bow down to look like she’s praying. He has also taught her how to say “thank you” to veterans on command.

Dixie and Brian are from Camby, Indiana. For half of the week, Brian drives semi-trucks, but when he’s not doing that, he takes Dixie to events where she can bring smiles to veterans, kids, and anyone else who needs cheering up. They’re playing for the Central Indiana K9 Association.

#2 – Gryffin and Chelsey Lowe

Chesley met her dog Gryffin when she was only a puppy. Now, the two are inseparable, and they currently live in Newport Beach, California. Gryffin even gets to come to work with Chelsey, where they teach yoga classes together.

Gryffin loves going on adventures and being active. The sweet pup enjoys surfing, paddleboarding, and even playing volleyball with her mom. This duo is playing for the Animal Welfare Institute.

#3 – Kepo and Chisum Joe Johnson

Chisum first brought Kepo home in 2017 to provide companionship for his older dog. Sadly, his older dog has passed away since then, but Chisum and Kepo developed a strong bond despite their loss.

Kepo is an incredibly intelligent dog. Chisum has trained his furry friend as a tracking dog, which has given them plenty of opportunities to bond further. After a long stressful day as a firefighter, Chisum is always happy to come home and spend quality time with his best friend. These two are playing for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

She ended up driving 8 hours to his foster home in Pennsylvania, and she gladly adopted him. Now, Linh is giving Chance the best life possible in Brooklyn. They are playing for Pet Rescue Pilots.

Now, Lucy has four kids and two dogs, so life is always busy in her home. Duchess loves playing fetch over and over again with her loving family members.

Even though Duchess is the rescue dog, Lucy would argue that Duchess is the one who rescued her. The now 8-year-old black Lab has provided so much love and support for Lucy’s family, especially during difficult times. Duchess and Lucy are playing for Paws with a Cause.

Kentucky and Derby love going on adventures together, including surfing and riding on motorcycles. This proud dog dad is extremely grateful for Derby because the loyal dog helped him through hard times as he started his new life in San Diego. They’re playing for the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
