Meet Bub, the lovable “cotton blanky boy” who has a unique way of expressing his happiness. Adopted nearly a year ago, Bub had a rough start in life, coming from traumatic situations that left him extremely shut down. His adoptive owner wanted nothing more than to see him happy, so they took things slow and allowed Bub to come out of his shell.

Bub had severe separation anxiety, so his owner began crate-training him with a soft pillow and blanket. One morning, after being let out of his crate, Bub grabbed his blanket and began parading around the house, snorting like a little pig and wagging his entire body. This adorable routine became a daily occurrence, with Bub grabbing either his blanket or pillow and proudly showing it off.
Not only did Bub perform his “blanky boy” routine every morning, but he also started doing it whenever his owner would leave the house and return. He would grab whatever was closest to him and parade around, snorting and wiggling with joy before finally giving the item back to his owner.

A month after Bub’s arrival, his owner adopted another dog named Simon. Simon quickly took note of Bub’s unique way of expressing happiness and decided to join in on the fun. Now, the two dogs greet their owner by snorting, wiggling, and carrying toys in their mouths like innocent little puppies.
These two dogs, who could potentially look intimidating from the outside, have become a source of joy and happiness for their owner. Their adorable antics make it impossible to have a bad day, whether waking up to their morning routine or being greeted by them after a long day.

Since adopting Bub and Simon, their owner has become a huge advocate for bully breeds, showing that these dogs can bring immense joy and love into a home.
