A puppy, later named Pumpkin, was found on a pile of rocks in the cold. He was shaking uncontrollably to stay warm. A woman saw him there, and her heart broke. She knew she had to act fast! She picked Pumpkin up and held him close to her body. He could feel her warmth and settled down to the rhythm of her beating heart. The woman brought him back to her house and gave him a warm bath. The soothing water and warm temperatures helped Pumpkin tremendously, and he finally stopped shaking.
It didn’t take long for Pumpkin’s true colors to emerge. He happily ran about his new foster home, frolicking like a bunny. His hops were so adorable that his foster mom had to film him and share the video online. Pumpkin also bonded with the woman’s other dog, who was a bit tentative at first. The pup also took a liking to her cats and magically put them at ease.
It didn’t take long for a wonderful family to fall in love with Pumpkin. They promised they could offer the pup a beautiful life in their loving home filled with good times and loads of affection. The woman was delighted! They made arrangements, and before long, Pumpkin was with his forever family.
