Marshall, a three-month-old puppy from Spokane, Washington, initially escaped from his home but quickly changed his mind. His decision to run away turned out to be a hilarious moment, reminding us of times when we made bad choices and regretted them shortly afterward. It seems that this feeling is not exclusive to humans only.

After realizing his mistake, he attempted to re-enter the house. He scratched on the door and even used his nose to ring the doorbell, which makes a knocking sound, multiple times. Fortunately, the entire incident was captured on the family’s surveillance camera. The video below shows the cute Golden Retriever puppy struggling to get back inside.

Marshall was let back into the house by someone after he escaped. It is hoped that Marshall has learned his lesson and will not escape again. Greg Basel, Marshall’s owner, uploaded the video for others to see!
