This list is nearly impossible to make, because there are very few dogs in this world that wouldn’t be considered loving! I mean, this is why we like dogs in the first place, isn’t it? They devote to us their unconditional love for as long as they live. So when we go through this list, we’re focusing not on the dogs that love their owners the most, but on the dogs that are just the most social all around. If you’re looking for a watch dog or guard dog, this probably isn’t the list for you. But if you’re looking for a dog that loves everybody all the time, check out these breeds!

#1 – Golden Retriever

The Golden Retriever is one of the friendliest dog breeds around, making them a popular choice for both active individuals and large families. They’re intelligent, even-tempered and extremely affectionate toward people and other animals alike.

The Labrador Retriever holds its place as #1 on the most popular dog breeds in the United States likely due to its outstanding temperament. These dogs make incredible family companions and are very social and affectionate toward close friends and strangers.

The Beagle is a small hound originally bred for hunting rabbits, but they’re most often found as family companions today. They are a great choice for families with children as the breed is very docile and affectionate.
