My Frenchies has small nares and overheats easily. I’ve heard there is a procedure to rectify this. What is it, and isd it expensive?

We had this done on our Effie while they had her under to be Spayed. I don’t remember how much, but it doesn’t seem like it added a lot to the bill.
I don’t think it has a special name, it’s just opening up the nares.
She still overheats easily (she has about a 3-degree comfort range), so I can’t really speak to the efficacy of it, but she is 9 years old now.
