My daughter’s crested has blackheads all over her body. She develops boils that burst and are very sore. What can we do?

I found when the vet offered us some antibiodics for our boys leg op cleared his blackheards up because its a bacteria coming out of their skin. But these dogs need to bathed every week at least and bio oil rubbed in keeps their skin beautiful
