Crying Chow Chow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an 11 year old Chow Chow named Buddy.Lately he’s been real whiny and crying my family and I show him attention he’s never left alone this has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Buddy will sit in the kitchen and cry and whimper but his crying and whimpering is worse at night it’s so bad that I have to kneel on the floor and talk to him to calm him down.
