Does anyone else have problems with the size of the dog food pieces and their dogs? I got a sample of a dog food that’s supposed to be really good but the pieces are about the size of a mini chocolate chip. My Rowdy boy doesn’t seem to do well with really tiny pieces. He drops a lot and doesn’t or can’t pick them back up.
Any one else?
Hey RowdyDog.
Sounds like your pup was eating some seriously tiny kibble!
I’m feeding a large breed dog and a small dog. VeRUS kibble works great on both of them. It’s small enough for the little one to chew easily and large enough for the big one to get a hold of.
If you go to their website, you can fill out a contact form. A real person will write you back and likely ask a few questions before sending out some really nice samples. Their web address is http://www.veruspetfoods.com
I’m attaching a couple of pictures of the kibble so you’ll have an idea of what it looks like.
