Excessive licking

      My Pekingese licks excessively. My vet says it’s an OCD habit. I’ve never seen this behavior before. He isn’t licking himself, just licking his nose is the best way to describe it. Any suggestions?

      My Pekingese does the same thing. It’s like he’s in a trance while doing it. We refer to it as “licking air”. My vet says it could be allergies or mild seizures.
