HELP. Looking for Collie breeders in Mexico

Hi!
I’ve been facing a hard time looking for Collie breeders in Mexico. I own a beautiful 5 years old female, and I’ve been unable to find a suitable male for her. I really don’t want to make any business out of this. I’m just looking for her to have a single litter, and then sterilize her.
I’ve been looking at the Mexican K9 Federation, and the only registered breeder is where I bought my Misha (Macrock breeder). I even attended a couple of dog shows, and there were no Collies at all! Just a couple of guys with their dogs, supposedly “Collies”, which looked more as a coyote rather than a Collie!
Would anyone know about a male Collie owner, or a breeder nearby Mexico City that I could contact? I’m kind of desperate, and even thinking in buying a tri-color male at the US, and import it down to Mexico.
Any help, comment, contact, or even breeders at the US that could ship puppies to Mexico will be highly appreciated!
