My Doberman just turned 5, and I noticed back during Christmas (2014) that he wouldn’t sit for tricks or anything. I can tell he has some problems getting up, but other than what I notice he doesn’t show any signs of pain. I’ve tried massaging and feeling his joints and back to see if anything bothered him and he didn’t flinch or wince in pain. What do you suggest I could do to help him?

My girl is 4 years old and has problems with her joints also. We give her Glucosamine almost daily, and also give her asprin when we notice she is really hurting. She is still very active and loves to run. Keeping them comfortable is about all we can do.
