  My Birdie is a licker! She will constantly lick my arms and legs! Now it’s almost bothersome, is this an anxiety behavior?

  Possibly the salt on your skin. Also any lotion may trigger it. Gently take her muzzle when she start and say “no” hold for a few seconds then let go – repeat as necessary. When she start to comply after the first no – offer much praise.
