lilly's medical bills

Lilly is a 20wk old puppy, she was a passenger in an auto accident. the other driver who was at fault did not have auto insurance. Lilly broke her leg and was taken to a vet while her owner was still in the hospital. her owner lost her car and can’t go back to work at this time due to injuries. Lilly’s bill is over 3000.00 now. she will need to go back in to have pins removed when healed.
