My puppy severely bites me while doing normal tasks daily

I,ve had Stark since he was 8 weeks old his housebreaking went well but his leash train went on for 4 mths and he wouldn,t walk .Even with a trainer .But he got better over time but not great .He got fixed at age 7 months due to becoming domanate towards me while doing basic things that I’ve done since he was 8 weeks .I have him saved into a Pony cut because of him being a Puff I don,t have the time for a full coat and grooming that long hair .But now he’s 9 months has gotten fixed no new changes yet he’s bitten me a few times and my neighbor he’s known since 8 was .For things like bathing and being on the grooming table and putting his leash on for a walk .It’s getting stupid .I,m getting tired of being bit and when you go make ANY sort of corrections wither it be walking on a leash ,making him sit or doing something he doesn,t like he lashes out and Bites like a spoiled child .Which he is not .I have limitations .No couch ,bed and basic manner stuff .So it’s the bitting that’s the problem and the wierd fear thing but that’s another story right there …it’s just wierd .
