So we’ve been asked to describe our diabolical plan of overtaking all manufacturers of beef, chicken, cheese, and peanut butter flavored snacks wonderful home life filled with joy and intellectually enriched activities.
Our names are Eli and Lilly. I am a full-bred Vizsla hailing from a long lineage of champion hungarian hunters. My subordinate is a rescued mutt. Jmk xsd. Please excuse her as she does not possess long enough toes to properly navigate a keyboard. She does however, possess the innate ability to devour large quantities of food when left unattended.
Much to our owners’ delight we each bring skill sets which separate us from our canine counterparts throughout the neighborhood. Too many to list, here is an abbreviated list of mine:
      • Incessant whining; handy to diffuse any situation and bring full attention to me and only me at “all” hours of the day
      • Running at a high rate of speed; so much so, it is difficult to physically stop and also get mistaken for a broken kazoo as wind parts my jowls
      • Swimming; anytime anywhere
      • Chasing grasshoppers until I catch them in my mouth and they faint from my breath
      • Going for walks (but prefer running)
      • Playing with “one” toy which can never contain a high pitched squeaker
      • Lapping any fluid and walking, which leaves a trail behind me and dries
      • Napping
      • Snuggling
As for Lilly, her list is quite short:
      • Eating
      • Squeaking and possessing “all” high-pitched toys with squeakers
      • Burrowing in and through anything
      • Expressing excitement through the vocal sound which can only be described as placing ones ear next to the business end of a first year clarinet player
      • Napping
We spend most of our days waiting for our owners to come home and greet us with hugs and kisses, but the wait seems to last forever! Every seventh day we’re taken to a place where we can play with other dogs, (at least I do; Lilly sits and watches everyone) and chat about current events. Then we go home and sleep off all of the excitement until next time.
It’s hard to contain ourselves most days, but we do love our pack!
