Protein in diet effecting behavior

My dobe baby just turned 2 and we’re on a formula that’s 23% protein. She’s a great pup but she’s a little crazy when she’s anxious or excited. We’ve been working on loose leash walking since she was 8 weeks old. She still pulls at an alarming rate. Our trainer suggested we feed her meals on her walking to keep her focused but she has no interest whatsoever. Our trainer mentioned that she may need to up the percentage of protein in her diet to help her be less crazy. Has anyone experienced a change in protein percentage and behavior?
