Ricky and I are inseparable. He is the sweetest, most thoughtful baby :D

A part of me died when my first dachshund died when I was in high school. I had been too weak to adopt another one until, decades later, my daughter pleaded to have a dog … I adopted another black short haired dachshund and named him after my first baby – Ricky. While browsing the net, I saw dachshund lovers having problems with flaky bald spots. I just have to help, so I registered and here I am! Ricky had the same problem and it slowly resolved with regular baths using Head and Shoulder shampoo.
