Shayna

I had been adopted and returned to the ASPCA. Then my mom came in looking for a dog. When I saw her the first thing I did was jump on her lap. I think I won her over right away. She was told I had some bad habits like being an alpha and very possessive. She decided to adopt me anyway. I was named Shayna because it means pretty and my mom thinks I am pretty. At first it was difficult as I wanted to be the boss but soon I learned who really was the boss. My mom thinks that at one time I was abused so she refuses to hit me. As punishment if I do something she doesn’t approve of she will not let me on her lap. My mom also thinks that at one time I had an owner that trained as I knew the work ‘no’ and was 95% house broken. When my mom says let’s get your leash and go for a walk I get real excited. I still have to learn not to jump on people but I am only 2 so there is much time for me to learn. I love my forever home.
