Tornado Tough

Hi there! My name is Harley Herschel Pershall. Mom and Dad adopted me from doggie jail three years ago and I am so grateful!! I love it! They spoil me in the manner in which I deserve!!
My first parents called me Marley and we lost our home and I lost them in a massive EF-5 tornado. Many people died that day but I’m super tough and even though our house was destroyed, I survived in the wreckage until nice people rescued me. I was very hurt and sick and the doggie jail wanted someone special to take me home to take care of me. After weeks of waiting, Mom and Dad found me and took me home (they said they fought hard for the privilege) and Mom nursed me through all my doctor visits until I was all better. They said Marley wasn’t a tough enough name so they changed it to Harley. I like it! They call me lots of other funny nicknames, but I’m so smart, and I just think they are so silly! I am so blessed to have survived and to have found new parents who love me so very much!! I get so many snuggles!! I don’t give kisses, but I sure take ’em!!!
