    LeAnn…they just love food
My doxie has had a lump for years, it’s soft and movable, the vet said make sure it doesn’t get firm and larger.
As for the diet-all the expensive special food didn’t work.
I started making my own: for 2 dogs / 11 days:(8) chicken breasts, baked w/ cinnamon & ground to a rice like consistency; (1) each of frozen veggies
(peas/carrots, spinach, broccoli, squash & green beans); (1) can of beans (black/ pinto or cannelli). I toss it all together and freeze half (chicken doesn’t last 11 days). My babies lost (4) pounds each within 6 months. It’s about $18 a batch, which is less than the Vet’s recommended food.
I am very picky about their treats: made in the USA / no wheat, corn or soy / organic.
    respectively submitted,
    Sandi
