I just wanted to voice my opinion on one thing here.Unless u know it for sure the previous owner was indeed irresponsible, ur being unfair..I used to be the same way.until i got a yorkie and a morkie its beena year now i have been trying to house break these dogs and can
t. so yeah they r not house broken. So i don
t think its fair u calling that person irresponsible , because no matter what i have tried with these dogs indoor or out.nothing is working with little dogs. so i believe ur being unfair be calling a person irresponsible unless u know the whole exact story of a person situaiton
