Greater Good Charities, an organization that helps a variety of animals in need, receives donations every time you shop at the iHeartDogs store. The organization’s GOODS Program donates food and other essential supplies to shelters and rescues to help them save more dogs. Earl Grey is one of the many dogs who have benefitted from these donations.

Earl Grey at 4 Paws Rescue in Michigan was born with severe hydrocephalus. As a result, he faced blindness and seizures, which cost a lot of additional funds on top of his regular care. Of course, this sweet pup is worth every penny though.

Earl Grey needs donations

On top of Earl Grey’s medical needs, he’s also a picky eater. For a while, the only food he had access to was unappealing to him and not beneficial to his condition. As a result, he had a dull coat and loose stools on top of his more serious needs.

Greater Good Gives Earl Grey Healthy Food

Thanks to the GOODS Program, the rescue received healthy food donations for dogs like Earl Grey. It didn’t take long for the finicky pup to start eating better, leading to a healthier coat and firmer stools.

With healthy food provided, the rescue no longer has to worry about spending money on meals. Instead, they can focus their funds on other areas of care, such as veterinary needs. For Earl Grey, that means any issues his hydrocephalus causes can be addressed faster and more thoroughly if needed.

Every time you shop at the iHeartDogs store, food and other supplies are donated to dogs like Earl Grey. In many cases, these donations can change lives, giving dogs a better chance of getting adopted. So, thank you to all the kind heroes who have purchased products to help animals in need.
