Tootsie and her sister Boo came into the care of Pups and Promises Animal Rescue as “owner surrenders” after the difficult decision was made that it was time for their owner to be moved into assisted living.

Both Tootsie and Boo were quite overweight when they arrived, but Tootsie had a few more pounds to lose than Boo.
