Meet Roo, a two-legged chihuahua and his best friend Penny, who happens to be the most adorable and fluffiest chicken we’ve ever seen! These two struck up a friendship in an animal shelter where they were both rescued at. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, your hear might end up in a puddle on the floor!
