#2 – Meat is Unidentified

If you went to a restaurant and they offered you a burger made out of “meat,” “meat by-product,” or “poultry,” would you eat it without wondering – what exactly am I eating? Probably not. Manufacturers do this for two reasons: either so they can switch the meat out depending on market prices, or because they are using a mix of meats that are the “left-overs” from the manufacturing of other products. Either way, you don’t know what you are feeding your dog AND if your dog has allergies, you are playing roulette with his stomach.
