On February 24th, At the request of the Stone County Sheriff’s Department, the ASPCA®(American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) removed nearly 100 dogs from Innocent Hearts Animal Rescue, a self-described no-kill dog rescue in Mountain View, Ark.
